Need help pushing to champs as a townhall 9!!

I'm currently at 2935 trophies (Masters 2) and I'm stuck. I do balloonian with 24 loons and 50 minions and try to get the 50% on bases for trophies. You can check out my base and the clan tag is #8R9JYUVQ and the clan name is Expendables 3, we are a level 4 clan with a black and purple banner. My IGN is BlacKidWingSt as it is on these forums. Please look at my base and tell me if I should even be trying to push to champs, I'm almost done maxing my defenses with like 80 crystal walls left to upgrade to lvl 8. I just want to know if there's any specific base I should have that will help me push or if I should just have a farming base. I currently have what I guess you could call a troll base or a trapped townhall, thinking it would gain me a few trophies from defenses and it has kinda but working but not as well as I thought it would be. So I'm asking what can I do that will help me get to champs. I have lots of time to play and I have 1,400 gems to boost my barracks. Please help me reach my goal of champs...thanks in advance!!!

Im on my way too but just got into maters league so you are further ahead of me. For me I plan on using barch and sticking to bases I can 50%. Currently takes only 3-5min once I have a max army that take 20 min unboosted. 5 min boosted I go nonstop. Will see if masters is different but the match making has helped big time. For bases been staying with a farm style and taking the 1-2 trophy loss with a snipe.

Go with a farming base and for an attack strategy I'd do boosted barracks barch.

Winning defences up there is rare so put your th in a corner (not close to your base) and cover it with decorations so the attacker knows its not trapped.

For attacking, barch or balloons.
I prefer balloons myself since you can take on more bases and 10 cup offers than barch.
Playing in sessions is also essential

Personally i like to train a pentagowipe before I go to bed so you can 2 star more bases for monster cups

I'm th9 ON MASTER I (3050 trophyes) just sniping till now. I snipe for farm w/o look trophies, I get about 20 troophies per hour + 1 mi each resourse + 7k de in a hour, so, I farm like 2 hours every shield break, then, even if 3* I'll never lost more trophies than I get.
Actually th outside it's better than inside even for push, once on high leagues ppl will snipe frequently for league bonus.
When I see a pushing th8 I barch for 50% as well

Currently about 3000 trophies.

Gibarch took me to 2850, and been using goarch (1 golem, giants or golem in cc, 190 archers) to go for 1 star. Had a couple loses so still deciding what to do for the last 200 trophies. Looking for bases with lots of buildings on the outside and worth at least 30 trophies (I get 10 with 1 star plus I don't lose too many if I lose the raid)

Well, few days ago I wanted to try out what happens when I use my CW layout instead of the farming one. I won tons of defenses and it rocket launched me from G II to M III in two days. So I said to myself.. why not to try to push to champs... lets see..
By now I am in M II - 2970 cups... using only BAM + heroes... I go for 50%. It takes around 10-20 nexts to find some base with a lot of buildings in outer perimeter. I usually get around 10 trophies per attack. It is quite nice farming as well thanks to the bonus loot. I even managed to find some collector raids here quite often :)

When shielded, I am getting full power GoWiPe army... and with that I am aiming for some juicy base and get at least 24 cups for 2 stars.

However, I am afraid that I will need to switch to something else in M I. We will see. Density of TH9 villages will be much lower over there I guess.

I am also going to put my TH out.. since I am now very frequently losing more trophies than gaining from the defenses... So I hope that Ill be sniped by guys from M I or champs for few trophies and bonus loot.

(I am TH9 with maxed defenses and lab.. 60% of walls upgraded to lego)

I made to champs with the loon special which saved me tremoundous time.But I used 24 loons and 50 minions and made my way to champs from gold league in ab 6 days

So I put my townhall outside in a corner away from everything and I just made it to masters one!!!! (3015 trophies) The last 175 trophies will be very tough though cause I haven't really been finding high trophy offers or that many th9s. Also I keep finding villages that are in crystal one that only offer like 5-7 trophies. I plan to boost my barracks and do balloonian and see what happens

I've done in at th8 and th9. Giant wiz with heal spells, gowipe or lavaloonian and it'll get you there easily. 35+ cups offers vs th9s so you can there easily
