Does a hero stop moving when it gets ?? above its head?

Also I'm trying to determine when an archer queen will jump over a wall. Basically I'm trying to figure out if I can do a king-queen swap in this situation.

What I'm hoping will happen:

I drop the king on the lower builder hut right when the queen is at her current spot. She then gets the question marks above her head and stops moving. Then when the king goes to the dark barracks he will enter the queen's range and she jumps over the wall to get within 5 tiles of him and starts shooting. The king then agros on the queen and I can use his ability to kill her.

I have lvl 20 king if that matters at all.

Welp, I just went ahead and did the attack and it proceeded exactly as I had hoped. The queen stopped moving when the barb king was on the builders hut and had the '??' over her head. She jumped the wall when king moved to dark barracks, she shoots, king agros, used his ability, BOOM! She's toast! :)
