Where did I go wrong with this hog attack?

Here's my attack. I'm average at best with hogs but I thought they would be better than lavaloon on this base.

I thought the plan was pretty good. I went in with a kill squad and took out the queen and cc, popped a gbomb in the process. Then I wanted the hogs to go around counterclockwise and I even had a couple surgical ones to avoid some bomb locations. Complete disaster. The teslas absolutely shredded my hogs even with the heal spells and I got a lame 1 star.

So, bad plan or bad execution? Any hog experts care to give feedback? Is it possible to hog a base with the quad tesla core like that?

Didnt heal hogs tht were dieing i think you thought they would be fine but every hog that dies counts and if you dont heal them by wiz towers infernos and other splashers you will lose.

Your heal was super late. When you sent your hogs you had 2 cannons 1-2 archer towers then the level 3 xbow shooting hogs before you even used your first heal. Point defenses and giant bombs are the biggest threat to hogs if you don't heal through them you won't have enough hogs to finish

First heal looks like it should have come down much sooner
