An Excellent new Approach to the Future of Veteran Players

First things first I'd like to give credit to "ChiefDomPrez" for the idea...

This provides a new twist for all town hall 10 players, especially in the top 200. Town hall 10s lack variation in its gameplay. This provides new offensive and defensive strategy and gameplay that will keep me and fellow town hall 10s from wanting to stop playing.

For players that do not understand the lack of diversity of town hall 10:
As of 12:24 eastern time, the top ten players (internationally) had bases nearly identical (4 of them, can't remember exactly who, had identical bases). Also their armies were either the typical 4 golem army or some variant of lavaloonion.

Why does this matter? I personally believe this addition is relevant because as I stated above, diversity at town hall 10 will prevent the top 200 (and the several thousand town hall 10s behind them from retiring.)

As a TH9, I'll say I'm not really all that interested in TH10. It looks boring, to be honest, until your heroes are really high level. I have no intention of moving on from 9 until my heroes are 30/30, even if I have spare builders.

Clash lacks a lot of deepness.

yep, i can tell you that th10 is worse than th9. max your heroes at town hall 9, also do lavas. Youll have to do them eventually, so do them while its easier.

Out of interest, what is so special at TH9 for you?

Obviously there is a good reason that works for you. Not many stay until level 30 heroes or full lavas etc.

It's only a game. You want deepness then go look down a well 😋

As I posted in another thread about this subject yesterday.

I'm sorry but I don't want that sort of complexity on a tablet/smart phone game. If I want to play a game with more complexity I will play one of the myriad of computer games that I have.

The only real diversity that would be there is players flocking to the current meta of the 'best' build posted on the forums and then when the meta is tweaked by SC complaining on the forums that they are now underpowered and another build is overpowered.

As soon as you add in a choice then there will inevitable be one build that will outshine the others and then players will flock to that particular build. This is just human nature and can be seen in any of the plethora of other games out there.

(One word changed just in case Superfinch30 comes in here and berates me for repeating a word again)

To be honest the only thing that keeps me going as a maxed TH 10 except for level 11 walls are Clan Wars and Clan Chat. Game play is very boring in champs. Long searches above 4000 cups and you always get attacked by the same troops gowipe, gowiwi or loons. You tend to always use the same troops to because they are tried and true.

Anyways any new variations at this point would be a welcome change. People will get board and start leaving at TH 10 eventually if there is nothing else left for them to do. Maxed TH 10s already have nothing else to spend there gold on except searches.

I've been playing for 2 and a half years and on my main account I've never gone a day without signing in at least once. The only time I've been close to quitting is when we were matched with 5 clans in a row who........didn't play by the rules lets just say. During one war we lost 90-71, with 8 of our top 10 bases being 3 starred on the first try, we've been as high as 11 in worldwide clan rankings mind you, so we are far from a weak clan lol. Now that their secret weapon is all but disabled I LOVE wars and the competition it brings, so I'd say I've caught a second wind with the game for now. I have 2 levels left for my queen and 283 wall upgrades remaining last time I checked, I'm just praying there's something big before I get all my walls to that ugly ♥♥♥ blue!
