More detailed troop donation statistics for leaders

Speaking as an active clan co-leader, I experience that the quality and the success of a clan strongly depends on the inter-player dynamics and the team spirit the leadership manages to establish. Though most critical during clan wars, these aspects also reflect in non-war times and can maybe best evaluated (besides clan chat activity) through donations/request ratios (DRR). With these instrument, some more opportunistic players can be nailed down and excluded from wars and maybe even from the clan, since their behavior might be detrimental to the clans success rate. However, the DRR only gives an average value and omits useful information like player-to-player donation statistics, realized/neglected donation opportunities (of course normalized by the player on-time), specific troop donation statistics, total troop donation cost (elix, dark elix, gems, time) and so forth. I would be happy to see such numbers available to the clan (co-) leadership, as it would help to reward/criticize the right players to hopefully establish a fairer, more equilibrated donation behavior and thereby solidify the team strength.
