Cancel Button On Labatory
Have you ever started a level up on a troop than decided that you rather level up your other troop. Well to bad because you can't. Then you may have to wait till that troops is finished. By then you may have lost a your dark elixir and can't level up hogs.

People would exploit that as a way to save resources when their shields are down.
I would save my elixir by putting goblins to upgrade, then cancel it after I got attacked (because I don't really use goblins and have no use to upgrading them, and same for minions).

P.S.: you always have the option to plan ahead your actions.

Just apply the same 50% penalty cancellation fee that applies to other upgrades, muting any possible exploitation.

Would still be exploitable, as a resource storage. If your storages are full, put some resources on an upgrade, get attacked for a shield, then cancel and you're back again to full resources.

erm they can do that now with upgrades thats why it's 50 percent, so the troop upgrade would be no different.

have i missed something? i just said the 50 percent reduction was put in to stop people exploiting it

so people can do it already its not considered exploitable now cos of the 50 percent loss

so a 50 percent loss to troop upgrade refunds would remove the exploitability factor, especially since you can only upgrade 1 troop at a time, and you can upgrade 5 buildings at once.

Mate I was agreeing with you, referring to BlowITAs post. Which this forum would allow both quotes by default, then it would have made more sense.

50% refund is crazy!! Imagine saving 50% of hog upgrades [ they take lot of time & resource so can be held for a long time]. Either :

• 0% refund [ useless ]
• the way it is
• Add 3 confirm messages - "Are you sure? " ; "Are you really sure?" ; "Final : Yes or no"
• Add 60 second cancellation button so that you can cancel very quickly [ not that long that you can save resources !! LOL]
