Hello all i hope someone can help as i'm quite new to hay day, today after the update i find i have lost a friend and gained a friend who i don't know haven't added they have no name just a Gold frame and whe i clicked to go to farm and unfollow there is no icon to click, can someone help please
I have some too. Lower levels with gold frame but they are not on my gamecenter and never were (and yes I am sure)
I have the same thing, no name no pic and says its level two, then when I click on stats all zeros? Pretty weird how do I get rid of it

I have 4 or 5 new random friends, all very low levels (8 - 15). I assume they just snuck in the back door when everybody was concentrating on the update...
Yeah, same for me. I noticed I have lost about three friends so I checked my Game Center but they are all still there in my friend list on GC, but I do have two new low level friends, no names and no pictures. Haha, weird. I hope that gets fixed. :)
yep this is me. no one can see either of my farms. I have 2. I can see my neighbors tho. Except my 1 farm cant see the other. I am connected thru both FB and GC. Nothing works. It hard to play alone! please fix this issue!!!!!!

They are very low level, gingerbread people. I don't connect to FB, so they aren't from there. And the people that I've recently added on GC all have icons.
After today's update I have totally disappeared from all my friends list please help I have new neighbours and can see all my neighbours except the other missing ones but they can't see me on there list :( any idea when this will be fixed

Hi, yes I too have lost two of my friends through FB, they can still both see & visit me from their farms, I just can't see them. They have been replaced by 2 new nameless friends on level 1 & level 17. To be honest if they sell cheap goods I have no problem. But as we all know we can't befriend the yellow box friends. Can't wait to go fishing, was getting a little board of the game ( level 59), had actually started doing house work again !!

I've acquired a new 'friend', level 10 with no name on the 'toolbar' but a name just a load of rubbish letters when you click on the farm itself. I've lost my daughter off the friends list too.
I also am not appearing on my friends lists, however I can see them on mine. And yes I am signed in with gc and fb. It was fine before the update.

I have the same problem, 4 missing friends and 4 new and nameless friends. I'm sad because I had so much fun with one of the missing friends, we are in opposite sides of the world but we tried to connect at the same time and trade items...
So far I'm not too happy with the new release. I have to wait for the boat (no diamonds left and I'm not sure it's worth buying more), so I see nothing new yet and I'm worse than before. I know big changes are usually buggy at the beginning, but I feel a bit disappointed... :(

Yes, me, too. One's a level 5 gingerbread man with no name, the other a level 31 player, with picture and name, but the farm still has Christmas decorations and no second mailbox! Very strange.Quote:

My friends list show many unknown farm with no name, and I remember my farm before din have these people with these level @@:confused::cool:
Many of my neighbors vanished with the update. So after I asked for help watering, I noticed some vanished neighbors linked to me through the "Last Helpers" bar. After I sent them a thank you letter, they appeared on my "Last Helpers" bar. Then I linked to them and followed them. Now they are blue on my HD "Neighbors/Friends" bar so I can go help them like usual. But this is good for only five of my vanished neighbors, since the number of players we can follow is limited to five at a time. At least it's a temporary fix until SC fixes this bug and it also gives you a link to five of your vanished neighbors who happened to help you right before the update.

Yes just to clarify these are not neighbors I ever had who somehow lost their GC pic. These are new, nameless and random people not in my GC. I've attached a screenshot of a new level one player. ?? Weird. (In reply to earlier post I refuse to be assimilated! :p

Since the last update i am missing some friends too. And there are new friends i never added.
I seem to have gained sine new but very secretive friends. They don't want to tell me who they are!
I also have new friends that are gingerbread with a level but no name. When I click on the farm no name comes up. I have a leval 1, 8 , 17 and 50. The 50 has a name but is not someone I added. Some GC friends that have had for a while now show up as gingerbread with lev and no name but when I check the name shows up.

Since the recent update there has been this person on my friends list which I have no idea where they came from?! I do not have Facebook only Game Center and all my Game Center friends appear okay? So who is this random person and how can I delete them? Oh and it is not a followed farm either because it doesn't come up in the blue square and I do not have the option to "unfollow".. The farms name is "Roren title".. Any help will be appreciated..
Try the trouble shooting thread. It will give you some ideas. Also you can double click the home button and there will be Hay Day, click for long time, there will be a red "do no enter" button, click it and go back to Hay Day. Sometimes they will still be there, worth the try :)
I've acquired 7 very low level parasites. Weird. They creep me out having no names and a gingerbread face. Also finding the left button not working on the roadside shop very annoying as I can't get to lowest level friend from highest level. Those pesky parasites blocking the shop button
Problem is still not fixed after maintenance.
:p I was wondering if these are perhaps the mystery shoppers at my stand? Lol
I have zero friends except for Greg. No followers but then I never had any of those. No new friends either. Very sad but about to go look again after restarting HayDay
SC Probably knows what the issue is and a fix will be here soon enough I'm sure. But just in case anyone is trying to narrow down the problem, one of my friends that is missing watered one of my shrubs but my shrub still shows that it needs to be watered and even though she is now in my recent helpers bar when I visit her farm it shows a flag as if I could follow her even though we're still friends in game center. Friends don't have a flag to follow normally.
EDIT restarted game a few times and it shows watered BUT the pigs and sheep that had been fed weren't fed anymore.

As can see from the screen shot above, these players, "JOKA" and "MOTHER" circle in red, suddenly appear as my friend. They are not even my Game Center nor facebook friend. Also, do note that their name did not appear below their avatar.
Another player, circle in green, is my brother. He's in my Game Center and Facebook but he appear as my "Farm Followed"?
Please advice

Yes it has been addressed in the thread about the new update. We had a maintenance break today and they tried to fix the issue which unfortunately didn't work. So they will be looking into it again.Quote:

Hi I run a group page on Facebook and alot of us are having a problem as friends are not showing up in the game as we are friends on fb or gc and they are not showing up in the game friends bar been like this since update and all the maintenence work any help advice be helpfull
None of the "new" friends show up in GC or on the boat leader board. The two lowest levels have no name and grey houses. I appear to have lost all my GC friends with Asian or Chinese sounding names. I am also having issues with lag when I go to farms.
Same here ... I have 6 new "friends" who I did not add through GC nor FB nor am I following them. They have no name, no photo, and are at levels 3, 5, 7 ,9, 11 ,13 .... bizarre pattern ....suggestions. Their presence is annoying! :(Quote:

Additional piece of information for those who are concerned:
A friend who is in my GC list who can see my farm, but I cannot see his, helped me with my boat order recently. (A few hours ago)
i used the last helpers tab to access his farm, it shows him as a stranger with a following/unfollow ribbon, (which it shouldnt becaause he is a friend)
he also has a permanent ! Help sign stuck to his avatar. However that stuck help sign does not show up in the last helpers tab....

My friends can't see me in their neighbours list:( But I still see them and I am able to fill their cates and water their trees. They can find me by searching their recent helpers list, and some are now following me.
I've added 2 new neighbours since I have become invisible and they can't see me either:(

Have a neighbor that I trade with frequently.....had them come over and pick up some stuff....Then when I went to get stuff from them, they are not in my Friend Bar
I can't add them again from GC, since she sees me in her GC it won't resent a request or accept one from me.....

yes, all my GC friends unable to see me at their friends bar, but I can see them at mine, except GC: WanNotTon, which others also cant see her.
I also have random friends in my friends bar, all lower levels, without name and when I added someone, they could see me and visit my shop but I can't find them? Very frustrating!
I'm in the same boat (well actually I'm not in a boat as I haven't got the money to fix mine yet :-( )
but since the update I've got ?3-4 new friends that I haven't added myself on GC and lost one that I did..hoping there will be a fix to the problem soon....
Just wanted to add to the list of people with new (12) unknown friends. I am not following them. Some are L1 & L3. My real friends are reporting this as well. There are also missing neighbours as well as people whose farms are stuck in help mode. Thanks for taking the time to listen to reports.
It is beyond ludicrous that neighbors have to kill bushes or open up boat crates (and lose boat points) to find their lost neighbors - at least the ones they have some alternate means of contacting.
One of my best neighbors could not see me until she killed some bushes and I watered them for her -- not fair to her and very very frustrating for us both.
Other good neighbors of mine are just gone and I have no way to get hold of them. I think I may be invisible to others and cannot know of that is the case.
Please fix this soon. It is harming the social aspect of the game :( :( :(
With the upgrade she disappeared from my GC and from friends bar in HD......I was able to find her by having her revive bushes but her name under her avatar has been changed to the name of her farm (the one we change frequently for kicks)..,..I now show in her friend bar as my GC name but on her followers list, I appear as my farm name......I hope this sheds more light on where the issue is and how to resolve it.....she still does not appear either way in GC

Daily new friends show up. They never sent me a request and I didn add them. I tried deleting them Via GC but they r not getting deleted( dono how they got there in the first place). When will SuperCell fix this?

I am having the same problem. Friends not appearing on my list and weird and unknown people on my friend scroll bar. Alot of them are at level one with no names. Hope this gets fixed soon. :(

Can't deal with the whole lost friends thing. Unable to add people via the game or GC either. Come on HayDay get it sorted. Going to give up playing before much longer. My barn and silo will explode if I don't expand soon. Can't expand without trading. Can't trade without being able to add friends!!!

But the most important, I can't see my friend. He can see me, I cannot see him! We completed half of the trade, and I can't go and get my things because he is invisible to me. The friend was added both on GC and Facebook.

As posted earlier I acquired 7 new friends with the update, but would like to add that i got no corresponding slots in my marketplace. My regular buyer friends have not been round recently which leads me to suppose I am invisible to them, and instead I have anonymous buyers back again.
When logged into Game Center, all my friends see someone else. When I am unfriended, the person goes away. It's is happening to all my friends, they see one another just fine, but no one can find me!
Game Centre has a mind of its own and does this from time to time. Come out of the game double tap home button then cancel off both gc and coc that should work. If not it will sort its self out might take a few hours but dont panic
Maybe so, but me and my friends have the same problem since the last update. Already wrote to supercell, but problem is still not fixed. Maybe it's only a problem in the Netherlands, but very frustrating. We all lost some friends in our friendlist, even when they are still shown in de friendlst in GC. We also got unknown 'gingerbread people' added in our friendlist since the update...... We don't know these people and we never add them. :(:(Quote:

I'm glad I'm not the only one with problems! I have unfriended, refriended, logged out, deleted multiple times as have my friends. Getting very tiring. Hopefully the fix will be there soon.
Still missing a lot of friends, and my friends can't see my farm. I hope there will be a solution soon, playing isn't fun at the moment..
