New Troop / Feature : THE NUKE

Introducing THE NUKE :

THE NUKE is a seasonal achievement that a player can receive and use THE NUKE within the donational season. It is unlocked after a player completes an achievement set by supercell.

THE NUKE is a special type of balloon (larger and indestructible) that when placed in battle slowly makes it way to the center of the base and drops THE NUKE which completely wipes out a base. THE NUKE can be used on any base of the users choosing.

I feel this will add a while new type of feel for the game and will allow players to work towards something awesome and make players jump out their seats from the excitement from dropping THE NUKE.

Any additions to THE NUKE are welcomed :D

instant 3-star is ruled out. modern tech is also ruled out.

I read the ruled out list, but didnt see anything about the modern tech or insta 3 star.
Can u show me where ?

Also I think supercell should still take a look at this since they have the power of overruling such rules for an awesome idea like THE NUKE.
