Solution to rushing th levels

You all have valid points and that is awesome. Perhaps a solution regarding this matter isnt meritted. However my experience with the issue was very annoying Mainly because 1.I followed my brothers lead and suffered the consequences. 2. Perhaps I should have joined a stangers clan (to learn the tips of the trade) >but why would i, if i was already in a clan with my brother< or 3. Looked up forums regarding the issue. But the outstanding issue is why would you do all of those things if you thought what you were doing is right. And i think thats the main problem with this, you dont pick up on this problem until it is too late, hence the millions of abandend bases out there, all contributing to the "controversial" profits to SC. thats all, this doesnt affect me now but somehow i feel the need to advocate for those poor individuals that rage quit 😢

Well put it another way would you leave a level in a FPS before exploring all of the map or looking for secret rooms and the best weapons - the ones you will need for the big bad boss fight or just give you the edge on the next level, is everything going to get more expensive and harder the higher up you go - surely the first couple of troop and building upgrades would have hinted on the enormity of such things.

I don't mean this personally but to follow someone blindly is no excuse it's your game and you can choose to play it however you want to. Supercell have money on the agenda because that's how they make money to keep themselves employed, there is no shame in what they are doing, and warning people constantly would probably antagonise players more than help them just think receiveing the same notification for the nth time you upgrade your TH or whatever 'reminder' you want to put in place.

But also remember it is those abandoned bases that help with your upgrades, I get what you are saying with only realising too late but if you feel it is really too much you can cut your lossess and start a new account and do it right, yes it's a massive set back but sometimes it is quicker. I now have a few accounts that I tinker with.

There is already the warning when you upgarde your TH. If they don't take that seriously, then that is on them. I accidentally clicked may even though I meant to click no.

No there is no warning when upgrading your th. i know this as i have just upgraded my th just the other day.

first upgrade your collector mines drill to max
second place them outside corner
third make new account play it better

How about this:

If a player upgrades a TH before 50% of his/her building are maxed, he will receive a reminder one what it could do. Other than that, Players get to choose what they want.

Anyone can build their village they way they want.

If someone want to rush, they will rush anyway.
With or without a tutorial.

At the same time its better for the game when players help eachother out and give advice.

I rushed from a maxed TH6 to TH8 to get my drill.

Oops that was a mistake that I didnt make with my 3rd account.(YES I rushed my 2nd account too at TH7 to 8)

But thats what I choose.
I knew what the consequenses are and still I choose.

So my point is....
It doesnt matter if something was added to the tutorial.
When ppl want to rush, they rush

The least-intrusive place to include a tip like this is on the loading screen, mixed in with the other random quotes that pop up. (Who remembers the tutorial tips months later when it really matters anyway?)

Word-smithing is the challenging part. What exactly does it mean to have a "rushed" base? As previous posters have noted, there's no "wrong" way to play the game - some paths are more challenging than others. Does this include walls? What if most of my buildings are maxed ... how long do I have to wait? There's no formula to determine when the best time for a particular player to upgrade their town hall.

Maybe something like:

"Upgrading your town hall will match you against tougher opponents in multi-player battles. Make sure your troops and defenses are up to the challenge!"

(As a side observation, rushed bases are an incentive for players to use gems to catch up ... which is a revenue source for SC. For all we know, SC loves rushed players because they spend more than the free-to-play patient players!)
