Its a guy placing clan castle troops but he left the clan after he got them. He just didn't have a clan shield when he placed it.
This is just... The person was in a clan And received troops. And then he left the clan and still had the clan castle troops. And then raided you and used the clan castle troops. It is just the clan castle thingy without the flag.
