we NEED a way to transfer data to one phone to another with no gamecenter

we really need a way to tranfer data better, wether email or icloud(like how some apps do restore purchases and stuff). i am having lots of problems and all i want is to transfer my account. i dont want to have lots of wasted time and money because you gfuys cant put in a simple easy thing. please help!!!
