transfering account data to another phone no game center

okay, so first off, my phone has restrictions, and i cannot go on safari, game center, and access a few apps. so game center is out of the question. although i can use a data transfer app (maybe), and ifunbox/iexplorer, and i cloud. how how hooow do i transfer my data from my restricted ipod to another iphone and then connect to game center over the other phone? i cant find the steps for i explorer or anything else so i was hoping i could on here.
if i called clash of clans support could they do anything? i can access my account fine on the restricted ipod(such as name, th,id,clan) just no game center. i heard there i a way with ifunbox, but i have no idea how.
