My TH 7 account: 6 level 2 dragons, 1 level 3 from CC, 8 level 4 balloons, rest minions, three level 4 lightening, but worked fine with level three lightening. Take out the more central AD, avoid or ignore air sweeper, send in the dragons in a quarter circle around the AD, placing the arc ends first, arc middle last, mix minions in with dragons, wait to put the balloons down on the same arc as soon as the AD engages a dragon. Works every time.
The quarter circle arc attack causes the dragons to focus on the AD, and being a quarter circle, an airsweeper can only bother some of it. Sometimes a base with a lot of scattered distractions needs several seconds of clearing by minions before sending in dragons to meet the defences.
Use the king as a decoy target for any bunched WTs on the far side. Use a minion on unprotected buildings that might be in each corner.
Not sure if this strategy works so easily on maxed level 7, I don't recall ever seeing one.
This account and strategy is a real war asset, always wins six stars.
If you air sweep one air defense, they will just zap that one.
Try making the air sweeper in range of both air defenses and you'll give faceroll dragon users a hard time.
If I use mass dragons in war, which I rarely do, I generally use 9 dragons, 10 minions, and cc loons, or hogs. Generally have 7 or 8 dragons left at the end. That's why I don't attack that way. Too easy too boring. And no matter the attack strategy I always lure and kill cc as I don't want to begin forgetting about it only to find out at the next level that I lost that skill. Our lowest level 7 just got dragons and did a mass attack this war. First time out 3 stars.....still very op even with air sweeper. Btw I'm an almost maxed th7.
