Sigh.. 10+1 Dragon Assault. .. again

Please let me know that others find this to be a flaw in the design. I'm getting ready to bail on this game.
Clan Wars vs Team AllDragon which requires you to do the same, identical, BRAINLESS attack right back at ya.

I have an OPTIONAL solution. ..

When initiating a War Search, . You have the OPTION to check the box "50% max of 1 troop type"
What this does is line you up against other clans who are also limited to use only 50% of their troops as A SINGLE TYPE OF TROOP.
For a simple example - 2 clans of all th8: So in this war, no one could attack with more than 5+1 dragons OR 20+5 hog riders,.. etc. Since the same limits are applied to both sides, the playing field is level.
Again "OPTIONAL" So if All - Dragon, All the time, is your thing.. I don't want take that from you.

OR you can just get better anti dragon defenses...

if we cant use dragons or hogriders effectively anymore....what do you want th8 to do?

This would just make you want another attack banned the week after they did this. If you do not like how your clan is ran then join another clan.

Really? Do you not see that my point is that this "tactic" of all dragons is just utterly simplistic? There is virtually zero need for thoughtful placement of your troops. That is the issue.
I would suggest that the people who use this style as their primary war strategy would pay a million elixir for the Nuke spell.. wipes out everything - guaranteed 3 star. I'd love to see that tested - What percentage of the All-Dragon ilk would spend more than the swag they'd receive just to win?
I want to enjoy this game.. winning or losing against a skilled opponent, not a petulant child. All I am proposing is an Option for variety.. that you can still play with them, and I could play against people who will make a thoughtful attack.

What attack do you want us to do? We can't gowipe because of the wizzards we can't drag we can't hog we can't giant healer? What should we do?

After hitting mid TH8 I have had 2 3 star attacks with dragons, even though I have to put lots of thought into each attack. If this happened GoWiPe and DragHo would be some of the few strategies left.

DragHo would need a loot increase 150000elixir 1000de for just troops for 1 attack don't forget the price of spells and those are just level 2 troops!

How is this making them ineffective? Work them together?
There are a decent number of clans do make attacks with varying troops... those wars are fun, different, unexpected. This causes you to ponder and tweak your base design.
My observation, as a late th8, is that some of our wars (so 2 actual days) are just a waste because the clan we might be battling uses this style (and it's never an all hog clan.. just all dragon is the all-to-common theme). Again - fill your boots if that's what you want to do... it's just a long haul from th7 to th9, and watching the All-Dragon attacks has made the wars a boring endeavor - this game is so much better than that, and I would like the OPTION to win or lose against gamers who make thoughtful attacks.

3stars would be really hard and then your clan will get exp then less clans will war then people will quit aka stop buying gems then so loose money then sc remove clash of clan then what do we do?
