Help us please! Someone stole our clan!

Daddy is on the case!

Been watching this thread/that clan, and it's again under a new leader. 9/50, Taiwan, with a full description in a foreign (not English) language. Google Translate translates it as "Here, or in any other league, you have to develop the habit of soldiers donate, otherwise, you will only find tribes, stop for the tribe, so there is no sense of belonging, boring."

Sure hope you guys can get it back, and the [thieves] get banned.

How the original hac´ker got access to our leaders account I don't know. But as soon as he let his account in using our leaders account, he promoted himself to leader.

I have been in Det Runde Bord my whole COC career. That's 2,5 years. We were Norays oldest Clan. We worked hard for our clan.

Does SuperCell really think that we would let an unknown person in to our clan, and promote him immediately? ARE YOU KIDDING ME???????

This is just bull? Of course they could set the idiot aside as a leader. THE WHOLE CLAN COULD CONFIRM THAT HE DIDN'T BELONG THERE.



It's been a different person replying every time from customer service, even if I just replied ingame. SuperCells customer service is the worst I've ever seen.

@Daddy: I don't know if Tjay12 has a support ticket number. I didn't get one when I contacted SC. I've just used the ingame contact method.

On another note: Daddy, are you the Daddy that visited us a while back after a ClanWar? If so, you know we were a serious clan, and wouldn't throw away our clan like that.

From what I have read, how this person gained access to your leader’s account is key (as freely destroying your own clan is ruled out).

1. If your leader lost control of his account because he lost control of his email in a phishing attack or something like that, then I hope that you guys get the clan back.

2. If your leader’s login credentials were compromised because he used a 3rd party gem site or tried to sell his account — which are warned against in the stickies in General — then the clan should not be returned. At the same time, I don’t think the hijacker who admitted to paying for it should get it either. In this case, that clan should just disappear.

That said, it is up to Supercell to determine what happened and I hope the first scenario is the one that transpired.

Our leader (Tjay12) lives and breathes for this game. When your at 4500 trophies you have to. He didn't buy china-gems. He doesn't know how his account got hac'ked.

As soon as the hac'ker got control over the clan, Tjay12 got in to his account again, and changed the password. SC then closed his account, Tjays' that is.

The hac'ker and the two buyers has suffered no consequences. This is just wrong in my eyes. We lost our clan, and SC just don't care.

We were Norways second best clan, and the oldest one. We would never just give a random person leader responsibility out of the blue. DO YOU HEAR THIS SUPERCELL!!!!!!????

And our clan is closed, so we can't even request to join, maybe play on his conscience in the request.

SuperCell don't care. To them we are just a number. They don't care that a lot of us has put quite a bit of money in to this game.

I don't understand how the needs of one person, who has admitted to buying our clan, can outweigh the needs of all of us. Especially considering all the evidence we've sent SuperCell.

Our leader doesn't even get answers from SuperCell. Not on his main account, and not on his SUB.

This is really frustrating for all of us. This is something all of you should think about. How will SC react if YOU ever need assistance? Do you think they will help?

Daddy has taken steps to help you resolve your issue, however, as he stated, it's Sunday and those who he's in contact with will most likely not be able to investigate until Monday.

With that and taking into consideration your frustration, I have kindly edited your posts twice now. I will assume that you won't have me do it a third time.

Thanks for understanding. I'll try to restrain myself from strong words in the future.

But this is, as you understand, pretty frustrating.

And this didn't start yesterday. We sent in the first complaints thursday, which is a business day.

What happens if the last person leaves our clan? Will it just be gone? No way of getting it back?
