49 Ban for "offensive"… but no problem with game name?

so my *name* is "squshybewbz", but it's the *faux war base layout* (that's used for less than 24 hours) that's offensive?!

This is the same 'image' or character version of the mud flaps seen on truckers across the US for decades… where any road tripping family with kid(s) looking out the window would see. Fail to see how this is "offensive".

It's like taking your kid(s) to the movie theater and seeing ANY female there and expecting every female to be banned from the theater because they have breast. Because it's a big secret apparently what's behind those bumps on the chest of the women's shirt.

It's family game I get that… it's not a pornographic image I used in my faux base.

Talk about abusing the 'report' system to gain the edge in clan wars & a half BUTT job of running things by SuperCell for the 48hr ban because the other team used (& abused) this system to kill our clan's chances at winning the war by taking out one of the top players in the clan. Instead of banning my acct for 48hours right out the gate, how about banning my acct for 48 at the CONCLUSION of the CW. Real JERK move by SuperCell & the opposing clan.

What's next? I put the word "expletive" in my faux war base… am I going to get another temp ban for that being considered "offensive" when any smart person can pull up a dictionary to see the definition of "Expletive" is "an oath or a swear word" but it's not actually a swear word… but hey it's offensive… lets ban him

EDIT: Just got updated from my other Co's, we're minutes away from winning the war despite the other clan's attempt to foil our chances to win by abusing this system to get my acct temp banned… to quote another member "What's awesome is that they used more attacks than us and we still won"

EDIT2: Let's add to the offensive list, how about the WHOLE premise of this game? Should be considered OFFENSIVE giving the ideals behind the game … and as advertised on Supercell's HOME PAGE "BloodThirsty"

Except for the...erm, breasts part, for lack of a better term, looks clearly deliberate and I think that SC took that as something that was meant to be provocative. Either way, don't use troll bases and if you are, make it look legit.

OP I think SC are being absolutely ridiculous in banning you over this.I don't think the breast bit is offensive at all..
Sad thing is by the time the 2 day ban is over and your account reactivated SC won't even have a chance to overturn ban
In cases like this,I believe some kind of goodwill gesture should be given!!

Added ...I actually reported a base with a blatant swear word in it(it was the pointlessness of it, that I reported it) But did I get a reply even automated(e-mail included even though its optimal)...

Added...(Around mid day Sunday) I did get an email from supercell(non automated),so I have to say in that respect they did reply quite quickly...Oh well I can't say fairer than that

I fail to see the reason I *shouldn't* use troll bases… It's an inherent part of Clan War with the ability to save 3 Clan War bases.

I get that things that can be reported as 'offensive' when you see someone draw out the middle finger with walls or the ones that use the walls to write expletive wording… I can get on board with that. But I can't get on board the female 'figure' (for lack of a better term) being considered "offensive".

There is a difference between "offensive" and "inappropriate". Don't get them mixed up.

That's because it was probably you only. I am thinking the whole opposing clan reported OP for an "offensive" base. It sucks that clans out there do anything to gain an edge in war...what a low thing to do.

But yeah, knowing this community, I wouldn't have used this faux base myself.
