I think this will improve how clans work. SC could make new clan ranks or give the ability to the leader to make new ones and choose if they can invite, kick etc... There are a lot of players which deserves a better rank than elder but giving them co-leader and almost full control of the clan may not be the best idea.

Okay. Spent the entire day thinking about what will each Rank do, I realised that the 10 rank System was nt working. Here is my New sugestion with Details.
Newbie: This rank is fr clan member who are totally new to the game and have joined a clan. They can participate in discurssion and in voting (Pl Refer My Post on Clan Council) and see if they are comfotable with the clan rules. Newbies cannot join in clan wars.(They can still donate).if they feel they are okay with the clan Rules and are Ready to participate in war they can ask a Elder to Promote them to Member. Other Members( If they Are High level), They can directly asked to be upgraded to Member.
Member: They can Participate in the War,Donate and act like how a Member does normally now.
Elder: The Elders are the high Expirenced Members. They have the power to accept If a anyone can join the clan and Upgrade the Newbie into a Member.

Counseller: The Counseller Has the power To promote/Demote anybody under his Level. He can Override any Descision made by the Elder and can take up matters if there is any fight.
Junior Co Leader: The Junior Co Leader is one who has been very loyal to the clan and has been in the clan for long. The Junior Co Leader can Kick Members, Demote and Promote Anybody under him. He Shall convey any issue to Senior Co Leader / Leader if the matter is getting out of hand.
Senior Co Leader: The Senior Co Leader is the one who has been in the clan fr very long and is a seasoned war vetran. The Senior Co Leader can Kick anybody Out and Promote and Demote anybody.
LEADER: The Leader is the supreme authoritiy and has the Supreme power to Assign Ranks and Kick Anybody. The Descision made by Leader are Final. No one can override his descision (Until its a Coup) :p
