Changes are needed for joining clans

me I'm a fan of war, ive left loads of clans because they dont war often enough, was very social in those clans made some friends, but they didnt war so i left, i now have my own clan and we war when i want to war which is often. we are level 5 and players join who dont like war, but they still wanna stay, and within a week they are gone because they realise they dont wanna be in a war clan.

I didn't say you were wrong, I said you don't have leading experience. That's probably because you don't give a damn about leading, which is pretty common in CoC indeed. I even have a couple acquaintaces that do the same. But if you face it as an actual "clan", which it is, as a form of social group, a society, it's a different story. If you cared about what goes on within your clan, you would know what I'm saying.

It's not social for you maybe, but it doesn't mean that everybody sees it the same way as you do. "BR Fenix Force" used to be one of the top clans in the world. Their leaders probably thought just like you, "we are in for the push and to enjoy ourselves, everything else is consequence". See if they exist now.

Growing a clan takes a lot of patience and effort. There will always be variety of players that will join and it takes some time to determine which of them would be a good fit for your clan. At the same time those same players will also try to see if your clan offers the things they are looking for. It would be unfair to penalize players for leaving a clan that is not a good fit for them.

Also, including new members in wars before you are able to determine if they are reliable is usually a bad idea. If they leave, those wasted attacks can cost you the war and this will also hurt your recruitment efforts. (Most) experienced players who like to war would not want to be part of a clan whose war log is as red as a woman's lips on a saturday night.

yeah you kinda did say i was wrong, but you did it in a passive aggressive way by saying I don't have leadership experience, i have my own clan which is level 5 my clan is a war clan and we dont have room for anyone who does not want to war. so i only let people who want to war into the clan. that's leadership.

Taking a little time to read some of your original post, I got what you meant. We are talking apples and oranges, that's why we weren't understanding each other. The OP is about hopping players, adepts to the Law of Gerson and war deserters being harmful to the clan and how it is hard to filter a few good players from among this massive bunch of garbage.

Not one moment the thread was about the adequacy of players to your style/type of clan, whether it is about war, farm or whatever else. Hoppers hop for inumerable and various reasons, but that's definitely not one of them. So, instead of trying to brandish your clan level as if it was some sort of trophy of your own, try reading the OP first.

PS: if clan level was something so worthy of celebrating, there wouldn't be thousands of clans reaching the same levels simultaneously. Specially considering noob clans. ;)

You have a clan full of noobs with rushed bases even the higher level ones are badly rushed, exactly what the OP is trying to avoid. So it seems like arguing with you is irrelevant.

As I suspected, your clan only has this level of yours because the member average level is way lower than the first half dozen members' levels. I know how this works because we ourselves try to do something close to this by bringing 10 or so lower level TH members to war in order to make an easier oponent to be chosen.

Then you come debating about leadership and stuff as if you know something about it, even though you are a recently upgraded TH7. What a fool I am, forgetting how CoC players are. Get rekt, Ectar.
