Leader's further options, Clan meetings

Hello,
As i am very commited to the game (the coolest game ever), also my clan members are like my second or third family, I sacrifice my time and battery life and try to think of ways how to motivate them more and therefore stay in our clan.
So, here are my ideas:
1. Every leader should: 1.1 Be able to see prehistory of every member's activity: I want to click on each member and to open a list in which it is said1.1.1 Most important - WHAT TROOPS and WHEN did he/she donated to WHOM; 1.1.2 Attacks activity and statistics (does he/she make attacks at all, or attacks frequency and results); 1.2 have the opportunity to have a list in which he, as well as the co-leaders, be able to take notes, connected to the attacks, donations, clan wars and members; 1.3 praise and reward the clan members: the game sends to each clan some symbolic loot or gems as a form of motivation. So only the LEADER has the right to use it and decides how to split it between the members by observing the activity and loyality of each of them. Thus each player is rewarded for his heroic acts, donations ect. and has more desire to play and develop his own village (war base), and help the clan.
2. Every clan should make CLAN MEETINGS. This requires a defined place in the Clash of Clans website where each clan member has access only to come into his clan's chamber and is forbidden to hop into other clan chambers. So, my idea is the following: as I want to have meetings with my clanmates once a week at a certain hour, I would like to have a hidden space where nobody else can join except for the clan members. There we can discuss misunderstandings, strategies, share ideas and so on. I concluded it because some players shared to me that the clan chat does not make them feel comfortable. They are worried to interrupt a dialogue, so they keep silence. In my opinion if they know that there is a chamber in which we all should communicate, they will take part in our conversations.
