Increasing gameplay for long time player....

have been playing coc for 8 mths now full time and spending alot of my hard earned cash on gems constantly.
the clan i am apart of talk alot about increasing the amount of lvls for town hall maybe adding a super upg something along those lines. I find myself online with my clan mates from Red Rover top clan by the way always find8ng myself invovled...... wat else would be great is discounted rates or wall upgs sometime even 1 a mth or by earning them.....
