How long until supercell verifies my account?

How long until supercell verifies my account?

Hi,

so supercell has temporarly banned my account for verification proccess, and i wanted to know how long the ban would take? Also, do i have to contact them or will they contact me when the ban is up? Thanks!

Well i was the one who contact them about my account being compromised so i wanted to know if i had to contact them once again or just wait until the ban is over.

I'm assuming you mean in game. What they usually seem to do is give you a ticket number after you contacted them. You should email them with the email Daddy provided, and should get an automated reply. Simply reply to that message with the ticket number you were given and ask if they need anything else.

So I'm suppose to email them with the ticket that appears with the you have been banned message?

Edit: I did not receive no ticket number from coc support so that's why I'm asking if I'm suppose to use the ticket number from te in game message

AlrightAlright so i emailed support saying if I needed anything else and so they unbanned my account and I thought everything was fixed but then I see I have a new message from them saying that to verify my ownership of the account that they will need to place a ban for a short period of time and that they will be needing my concent. So I gave them permission to ban it. What was this all about? And what's going to happen?

Edit: the message was sent on the 29 of may and I got this account unbanned the 31 of may.

Hey guys so supercell locked my account and they told me they were goon to send me a unlock code through email. I have not yet received the email with the unlock code so what I'm I suppose to do? And btw which email are they going to send the unlock code at? Thanks!
