1.) Yes of course every 10 year old will read a 10 page TOS before starting a game especially if English is not his native language and the TOS is not translated ;-)
Also the whole 13 year nonsense is something that has to be in the TOS for legal reasons in the USA. To the rest of the world, this does not apply.

I also have kicked more than 100 players for not attacking in cw, cw farming, not attacking with dragons as a th7, insulting others, attacking opponents that already have 3 stars, not waiting for cc troops before attacking or doing some other stupid stuff like filling the warbases with wall breakers or throwing out his warbase valkyries because he wants wizards inside (every noob knows how to kill cc wizards but not how to get rid of 2 valks when attacking with lvl3 troops), and in some cases players that did nothing wrong, but simply suck at attacking and are useless to the clan (especially before I could opt them out).
Just to be absolutely clear it does apply worldwide but it is up to parents to make decisions concerning their children, there is a guide at the bottom of this forumQuote:

MyMy daughter is 13 I don't allow her to play pay2win games. She is a gamer but it has to be a game that has no in game purchases. She has an Xbox one with every expensive game you can imagine but not pay2win. really? where has the world gotten into? Parents don't know how to raise boys anymore, see that one who said that a "bullying" has taken place? That's just stupid.
Not letting the kid into a game is bullying? Why? the kid deserved it, he did something to deserve that, and he should learn to deal with that and learn how other people react to what he does instead of parents yelling

Everything is bullying nowadays, the world is teaching boys how to be "PANSY ♥♥♥" instead of growing up as strong and rational "men". That is the reason why you now see more suicide rates among human males (I said males not men).
What parents should be doing is let boys be boys and not interfere in any play stuff that kids do. I agree taht boys should be climbing trees and running around tho, instead of doing video games. Rogh housing is the best for of play.
When my 6 year old kid complains someone has been bullying her, instead of yelling at the other parent, I coach my kid on how to box and how to "defend" herself. She doesn't complain to me anymore.
But now the "past bullies" now come to me said that my kid just punched him. I know why and I don't care. He probably deserved it. That's how you teach kids to deal with bullies.
AND NO!! No bullying happened in the story! Nowhere!
