Co leader kick by co leader plz read before saying no

Description:
a co leader would be able to kick out another co leader by putting a chat that has 3 options yes no and the leader can hit stop which would cancel the kicking process if 3 other cos (2 if only 2 other cos are in the clan) touch yes that co is kicked if 3 touch no then the process is stopped

extra ideas:
the leader can ban that feature
Elders can do that same thing but more have to say yes (maybe 5)
a cool down time so no one can abuse that feature

ways it would be used:
the leader is on vaycay or something needs to happen right then like your 1000 donating distant relative got mad and goes on a rampage (has happened to me both situations occurred)

open to other balancing ideas this is my 3rd post:)

The co being kicked would not be able to fill up the chat with spam or maybe it would be in all the cos and the leaders mailbox
the co being kicked would not be able to participate in the yes/no poll

this would help balance co leaders with out another rank in between or above

The idea is good but it would need to be highly thought of before being able to be placed in game to make sure that it's used for its intended purposes

well it cant be used againt the leader and if you promoted them to co you must trust them so i say yes

This is why a clan shouldn't have so many coleaders :) . I think the system is fine just as it is right now. It is the leader's job to keep the clan organized and running well. If you are unhappy with a certain coleader's behavior, ask the leader to do something about it, or simply leave the clan. Problem solved :) .

1. Too exploitable. Coleaders will just promote 2 random members and makes them vote yes.


2. It's the leader's responsibility in promoting trusted co's. And he should have the final say in a co getting kicked. If a co acts up, then it's the leader's fault for promoting him (or whoever promoted the bad co)

3. The coleader now knows he's getting kicked. He takes rage and mass kicks everyone because he knows he's gonna be kicked (If it's obvious). Of course this can be done now in people discussing stuff, but it's possible for the leader to kick the co without warning. This feature is meant for when he isn't there and onviously can't stop mass kicks.

No. Not SC's fault a clan has bad leadership and gave out free co, resulting in a troll joining and ruining the can. You roll the dice you pay the price.
