If you have a level 15 BK to deploy and the enemy has a level 15 BK to defend (instead of both having level 10's) is the difference going to be that big?

I'd be more worried about the balance of a level 15 BK on defense over offense, it would make certain offensive strategies harder (hogs come to mind, and GoWiPe to an extent, especially since they lowered the radius of your troops to attack back).
