My account is Banned for 31 days, Please help.

Greetings Supercell,

I was wondering what did i do to face this 31 days banned policy,

but however,I just figured that one of the applications is responsible in this fault,

first thing i don't have any devices to play with it, im just playing using blue stacks,

can't afford devices like mobiles, however this blue stack is sick, offering applications to be

installed before i can play the games, and just because my sincerity to play Clash of Clans during

my break time at work, ineed to allow it just to continue playing Clash of clans,

but this incident is not intentionally, when I just got this notification when I woke up lately,

please help me, i want to get back my account playing again. T_T

I'll Die if i don't play it even for 1 day, and that's an addiction i think.

Please send me my account activity history so that I have references to accept the consequences if

I really did something suspicious and proven,

First off you are playing on an unsupported device and so i doubt you will get much help in retrieving your account especially since the program you are using to play the game is notorious in its ability to exploit the game (please remove your reference to the actual program you are using as this is likely to get you a forum infraction!)

If you want to play clash of clans you will need to buy a supported device

This is not a supported device, i don't think anything can be done to help, will probably just have to get a new device to play on, and i doubt you can transfer your village onto a new device from that program

Guys I'am very thankful for your concerns and opinions as Help for me to reveal questions at the back of my head,

but Im playing with Blue stack for at least 5 months and its awesome, and its just because I Can't afford a

device/mobile phone, Im playing with my Laptop using this Android Emulator, and this time come Blue Stack offered

an application that include's this I Dunno what they used to call that a Joystick something? or a remote control? I

dunno im not that techi-human, I just want to report this to supercell that Im playing fair and I Didn't do something

suspicious intentionally syncing on their systems, I just wanted to play T_T I CAN'T AFFORD THOSE MOBILE DEVICES

THAT'S WHY I CHOOSE TO PLAY WITH MY CLASSIC LAPTOP SO PLEASE GIVE ME A KIND HAND OF HELP.

If you can't afford a supported device then unfortunately there isn't anything anybody can do for you. Playing on your laptop program is against the terms of service which is what you got banned for. You could risk carrying on playing but if it happened once I would guess you will end up with a permanent ban at some point and I would rather call it quits after 5 months then being fully banned after a year.

Oh my god :( i felt very sad because of that,

so it means, I don't have space to play for Clash of Clans Supercell,

I Really love this game, i miss my base and warbase,

I miss everything in this game I hope someday Supercell realized that Im just a fan and loves to play Clash of Clan,

I hope they'll open a gate or doors for users like me, I hope that they'll give me a chance to play, or to Click a

mouse cursor on my base again :( Seriously, I'm really sad for this.
