Spells not being created?

Hello! I have been having a problem lately while clashing. As most do of course, I make spells for my war raids. But for a couple weeks I have felt about one quarter of the time not all spells are made. 2-3 spells will appear on my factory info after I know I made all four. After the first couple times I figured it may be me being stupid and not making all my spells. But this is not the case! I have payed close attention when making my troops/spells, but it continues to happen. Anybody experiencing similar issues?
