I recently got an android phone, and linked my clash of clans account to that device, now i am trying to link my account to my IPAD, is this possible? can it be done if i log into my game center possibly? any feed back is thankful <3

Exactly, it can be done via Game Center. If you linked it once from iOS to Android, then your account is surely already linked to Game Center, just log into that same profile and you'll be prompted to load the village on the new device too
