I was upgrading my Dark elixir drill to max,
it has 2days 10hours left.
4hours later, I start up the clash of clan so i can attack, and I realize my Drill is 2days 8hrours left.
This situation happen to my heroes, lab, spell, troops when I am Offline,
(It works fine when im online)

The builder time bug is a problem that has been known for ages. Every time you visit another village/raid/war and return to your base an additional few seconds is added to every upgrade. On longer upgrades this can result in a difference of a few minutes up till a few hours. This has to do with the code of Clash and can't be changed without rewriting the entire game, so this won't be fixed.
I've never seen such a big difference though. Are you sure your timing is right? Also when an upgrade takes more than a day every hour gets rounded down. So if an upgrade needs another 3 days, 2 hours and 58 minutes it will show as 3d2h. This can cause you "losing" an hour in counting the hours.
This in combination with being around 45 mins off in your timing can result in this difference.

I'm having a smilar problem with my troops..they are taking more time to cook than they should. I posted a thread about this just now.

Not sure about that but i think its not you its a common bug
