The base looks like it needs quite some upgrading but the layout is quite allright.

like OJM said your layout is solid nothing majorly wrong with it that jumps out as "that must change". with regards to upgrading you have a lot of catching up to do. your mortars look to be solid but your wizard towers need some love, you'll want to get both mortars and wizard towers up to max as soon as possible. it looks like your mortars are on their way to level 7 which is great. the next are i would concentrate on is getting your walls up to level 6 at a minimum. having level 5 walls makes you very vulnerable to level 5 wall breakers as they can slice through those walls like butter.
personally i would swap out your level 5 walls with your level 6 walls. i like to keep my highest walls on the inside since the outermost walls will be broken regardless.
Gonna pile on with everyone else. Layout looks pretty good.
What you REALLY should be doing is NOT upgrading your Heal spell...you need Giants, Barbs and Archers upgrading. ASAP.
Make those priority, update your offensive capabilities as quickly as possible so you can make the money for your defense. Heal spells aren't going to make you a lot of gold.
