What strategy and where to attack from?

Just came across this base in war and I have never came across this base layout before. (Didn't intend the rhyme)

The clan castle isn't lurable using giants, so I intend on luring it using 2 hogs to the top left/right mortar. I generally use a GOWIWI strategy but i'm not sure whether a GOWIPE would be more suited to this layout. What would you use between GOWIPE/GOWIWI, where would you attack from and what spells would you take?

Lvl 3 Pekka
Lvl 5 Wiz
Lvl 5 Wallbreaker
Lvl 11 King
Lvl 10 Queen.

There are probably 2 teslas in the top compartments, so drop your hogs close to the army camps so they don't get distracted. I would use GOWIWIPE from the bottom center:

2 Golems
2 Pekka
1 max pekka CC, wiz, arch
4 Witches
8 wiz
8 wb
2 hogs for lure
4 archers to pull away

Of course, if you want to hold onto that golem in your CC, swap out one of the "camp golems" for a pekka, wiz, arch.

I've seen this base before, and the person I attacked had two teslas at the bottom next to the air sweeper and a tesla in between the air def and gold storage on both right and left side with 2 giant bombs next to each. If this base is the same (I wouldn't doubt it), then I would go with gowipe or gohowipe, because I got 3 stars using that strategy.
