Ideea 1 = vote system ideea 2 = on/off button for donated troops xp

Hi,im new member here on forum but i play for a while coc,dont know if i post this topic in the right spot but i wass wondering if gm-s or moderators can add a vote system in game for all clan members,something like for exemple...leader or co-leader whrite a question,and all clan members get a accept/reject button or even 3rd button as ”pass” , i think this ideea will be a good improvement to the game and clan mates could say so simple theyr opinions about everything...so i wass thinking to be like this.

only leader and co-leader cand make vote question

only elders,co-leaders and leader can vote (new or simple members dont)

voteing score to be allways visible and of course each member can vote only 1 time on the same question (lets say 7 accept / 3 reject / 5 pass ) or (but i dont know if possible) voteing score to be visible for only the member that just voted and/or when voteing ends to be displayed the results to all clan members.

And i sugest to put some cooldown timer for each vote until it ends (lets say 1h or 2h)

I hope u like this ideea,in my opinion it will be great if u can add this to the game...if anyone has new sugestions for this ideea its wellcomed.

As for the donateing troops xp,i personaly dont whant to grow in lvl becose im kind and i donate troops,and other is lower lvl and same or better defenses/upgrades becose he or she dont likes to donate troops. Can u make a button for ON/OF xp for the donate on troops?
