in clan member screen, beside troops donate and troops recived, should show last login or online status, i think total troop donated and recived not too important better is "how long the member on that clan" like date joined the clan "2 may 2015"
I've thought of your number 2 but I could never imagine how it would look like. Could also have the clan war button blinking or flashing or something haha.
Your 3 is ruled out though.
