Ive been looking at bases to see how people use their air sweeper in war And trying to find the best strategy for it. Some people put it facing the Th, where i think it becomes useless because attackers try use their air attacks to attack behind the air sweeper. I think the best way to use it would be facing away from the Th to prevent air attacks from coming in. What do you think? are there any other ways you see people using the air sweepers?
Well, no matter what, people are probably going to flank the air sweeper if they can. Personally, I use that to my advantage and try to put it in a spot where that's the worst thing the attacker can do, either by trapping it or using defensive towers to discourage it.
^^ I agree. Definitely put some air bombs/skeletons behind your air sweeper and keep it towards the outside of the base. Take out some loons right away

Learn the ranges of your other air attack buildings, learn the range of the air sweeper as well. You'll want to utilize it in a way that keeps enemy troops within range of 2 ads, a couple of archer towers and at least 1 tesla. That's not to say the air defense has to cover those buildings, only keep the troops in range so they can be killed.
Also upgrade it to at least lv3 before you expect it to really start working for you, even lv3 is still kind of meh in my opinion. Lv4 it starts to become effective, but remember it's only there to slow down raids, it's not going to make or break them for you.

Make it cover two air defenses.
kinda limp defense i think, trying to use it as if its not there, then put it where it makes the most difference, if that makes sense..
