The whole topic is the question above. It was a year and or a half already when someone reached the 4000 cup barrier, and if my memory is right, it is Jorge Yao. Then Maher reached the 4500 cup before the CW update, I can not exactly remember. The highest leaderboard cups I saw was 4900, I forgot who did it. Now, how much time do you think will it take before we see a player break barriers again?
I imagine by the end of the year. If not then, then probably April of 2016.

Who knows? Maybe some dev. secretly added a league at 5000 trophies that we don't know about :3
ke reached 4933. But the current top player is at about 4880 so it can take a few months
