Small improvement to the loot economy
As many of you know, in the new Matchmaking update it seems as though loot is easier to get. Although, it doesn't hurt when you can get more loot and although this is a small suggestion, it will add some loot back into the game and more loot is always welcome, even if it's a small amount.
The Problem
Sometimes, people will attack villages when they have a full, or close to being full, storage. When they take loot from the opponent, this is literally making the loot go to nowhere, taking loot out of the entire economy. It's even worse when a lot of loot is taken from the opponent with no need for it whatsoever.
The Solution
What I suggest is simple: If you have near-full storages or full storages, you will only be able to steal the loot that you can keep. For example, let's say your Elixir and Gold Storages could hold 6,001,000 resources, and you have 5,900,000 of each resource. Now, you come across a base that offers 250,000 of each resource. That would exceed the maximum capacity of your storages. So, with this new feature the base will still offer 250,000 to attackers, but you will only be able to steal 101,000, since that is your maximum capacity.
Basically, what I'm saying is, you can't steal more than you can hold.
What's great about this feature is that it will not hurt the attacker: Any extra loot they earn if they have full storages will disappear, ultimately making it worthless. With this feature, it won't affect them at all. It's also much better for the defender: The attacker will not be able to steal all the loot they are offering, even if the attacker 3 starred them. This will make upgrades just a little bit easier.
Conclusion
Thank you for reading this post. If you have any feedback, comments, or questions, feel free to post and I will answer them as quickly as possible. I would like constructive feedback, please. It's just a little idea I had randomly, anyways XD Thanks and I'll see you around the forums.
