"I Challenge You" option

Hi,

I have been wondering what if COC can introduce something else apart from Clan wars.
A "I challenge you" option? In which we can individually challenge players globally, even our clan mates for fun. It should be solely opponent's decision to accept or reject challenge. Can have some rules and rewards also for this. May be use few gems to challenge and reward with more gems and resources.
This would reduce boredom and introduce some more gaming in true sense of clashing.

1: The title of it "I challenge you" is boring...
2: Challenging clan mates could be manipulated by testing each others bases with different strategies.
3: You are basically gambling? What a great thing to teach kids how to do :p
4: To be honest would this really help the boredom?? I mean we already spend time doing nothing and this would just be cause to sit and wait longer for troops to train to attack the challenged person.

Well this sucks. Make an alt, attack many times, get loot. Or, make alt, copy enemy's base, attack, now you know how to attack your enemy. This could be a very good source of MISMATCH.

Although very intriguing if available, can challenge a close friend who always boast their defenses and layout. But on the other hand, can be easily exploited, perhaps a player attacking his own separate account. Maybe it might work, as long it does not take our resources even a little, both have to agree to it and does not interrupt our game-play

I'm pretty sure this has been suggested before with different name and other small differences.

If there is loot involved could farm with max and funnel all the loot to mini...

eh, it's not ruled out. it's currently being considered.

but a challenge can be abused. if you have a friend with full storages and have no use for it, he can put all resources out then you raid him. ta-da. free loot.
