Bases that were attacked should get some rewards hence the fact that they lose or win.
2 possible ways.
1. Permanent rewards base on each town hall level.
Example
Town hall 1: 25 elixir and gold
Town hall 2: 75 elixir and gold
Town hall 3: 100 elixir and gold
And so forth
2. Base on league divisions. 10% from winning rewards attackers get. The attackers get to keep their loot from the defending bases, but the division the defending base in gives the reward. (The game gives the rewards, not the attackers). Give the notice under the winning reward notice.
For example:
Master III
Attack rewards 100000 gold 100000 elixir 500 dark elixir.
Defense reward 10000 gold 10000 elixir 50 dark elixir.
Again, for defense rewards should be awarded no matter they lose or win the defense.
