Clash of Clans New Building Idea

Through Clans in Clash of Clans and being able to transfer troops through clan castles, I got an idea, not just from this but from my own clan. Instead of just being able to have troops transferred through clans, but gold, elixir, or dark elixir through a building.

How did I come up with this idea? Well many people in my clan were saying, "uggggghhhh I need elixir so bad!" and, "WHY CAN'T I JUST GET 20k MORE GOLD?!" Well with this new building I (having 1.4 million elixir and gold) could now donate them their needed supplies.

With this new building idea, I started thinking of ideas, and I decided to call it an extraction plant, holding loot from donated gold/elixir/dark elixir.

Yeah sorry this has been ruled out already, read the forum stickies first. That would be far too easily exploited.
