1.minimum clan level to receive this ability lev 5 because people would spam creating clans with only 2 members.
2.risk of spaming donations by lowlevel troops but as i said a level 5 clan leaders and co has the experience to manage that.
3.more donations by each other players so more activity
4.war cc troops are exluded
personally i don't need this clan new thing beacause i bye 30$ monthly gems only for boosting on weekends and are enough for me but my clan just reached level 5 perk and i noticed that the +1 level donation troops motivation really doubled our donations of every member so in conlusion a reward like this one too will become even more active donations and that's the real reason more and more donations.
