update to wall upgrades

Since the update allowing us to upgrade rows of walls there's been 2 problems.
1. if I have multiple levels of wall in a row it will upgrade all sections.... And give uneven building and sometimes cost too much gold/elixir...Can we upgrade the lowest level first in said row before all the others?
2. I don't have enough loot to do the whole row so I have to go one by one, can we upgrade what we can afford out of said row?

Select row is useful for MOVING a row of walls, but not upgrading.

Change the "Upgrade" button to only upgrade the lowest level of walls. i.e. if I select a row of level 4 and level 5 walls and click "Upgrade", it will only upgrade the level 4 rows to level 5.

Exactly what I'm suggesting, makes a tonne of sense
