New Spell: Water Spell

Concept

The water spell, when deployed, slowly hurts the defense (not a lot) and slows down the enemy defenses rate of fire for the amount of time is stays.

What does upgrading it do?

Upgrading the spell would result in the spell lasting longer

What Spell Factory?

Level 6

Other Mechanics

If a water spell is deployed on a telsa (ONLY WHEN EXPOSED), the telsa when take 1/3 damage and adjacent buildings take 1/5 damage(THIS CAN ONLY BE DONE ONCE PER TESLA)

Offensive Strategies

You can use it during the middle of the raid to try and effectively take out defenses when combined with the spell or you can use it a the start of, for example, a balloonion raid to help the air defenses
Defensive Counters

Don't bunch up all your defenses, spread them out as muh a possible

Sounds good the ring should have rain drop things and maybe when building are gettin damaged they have little water particles

Water + Lightning (Tesla) = Tesla damage increases or splashes. Just a thought. :D

Water should increase the overall damage of a tesla, not reduce it.
It would add a touch of challenge to this otherwise overpowered spell.

You still lack the most important detsil for Spells. Spell duration.

According to your post, the duration increases the higher its level. At level 1, the duration should be around 4 to 6 seconds. At maximum level. It should be around 10 to 14 seconds.

TWEAK NEEDED!!
Water conducts electricity which means, in CoC logic, the Tesla (when exposed) should deal doubled damage to your troops, rather than da!aging itself because of electricity.

Yeah, sure it can damage it but can wood conduct electricity?! If wood can, then it will damage itself. If not, then it will deal double damage. :smirk::unsure::facepalm:
