Customizable heroes and buildings? / Daily quest system
UPDATE: Daily Quest System idea is now ruled out considering Mastermind has a better grip of it, that of which I am now supporting.
Instead, the customizable Heroes/buildings idea will be suggested to integrate with his idea. Details below...

Hi all,
So I have a few ideas that might 'perk' up the game a little bit and keep it interesting for not only new/common players, but players that have also maxed out their bases with little to nothing else to do.
First of all; like the recently customizable clan flag feature, what would you say to customizable Heroes, and maybe even unique buildings like Town Halls or Clan Castles? The idea would be that you could only change their appearance, not any of their stats, to make your bases or armies a lot more unique and 'special', per say.
For example, say you wanted to customize your Barb King: you could change the color of his armor, give him a wizard hat or perhaps even change the weapon he uses to a baseball bat or something. Of course it wouldn't change the damage he does, but it'd just make him look a lot more unique. But how would this work exactly, in terms of what you get given to customize him?
As soon as you unlock and 'build' said Hero, he would look plain and boring until you got him to level 5, which his ability unlocks at. However, at level 5 you also unlock a few appearance perks that you can use to customize him, and this continues on every 5 levels up to level 40, as it does with the ability upgrades. These features would be similar to said buildings like Clan Castles or Town Halls, but be a bit more limited? Up to Supercell to decide.
In addition to this, Mastermind's quest idea could perhaps be integrated into this idea. Instead of receiving basic rewards like quest jewels, gems, elixir or gold etc., you could also unlock appearance perks that you could apply to said buildings and/or Heroes.
For example, say one of the quests is this:
Have a Witch raise x Skeletons in one multiplayer battle.
Rewards: x gems, x dark elixir, Skeleton Skin appearance perk for Heroes*.
*The Skeleton Skin appearance perk in this case would change your Heroes' overall appearance, making them look like an undead Skeleton Hero rather than a normal living being.
This would give people another excuse to play the game as they would have something extra to work towards, and thus upgrading your Heroes would benefit you as you would unlock new appearance perks to customize him/her, so there'd be more a reason to prioritize getting them to a higher level. With that being enabled alongside the integration of Mastermind's quest idea, there could be a lot more unique rewards that would go toward your Heroes and/or unique buildings in order for you to effectively customize their appearance.
This wouldn't break the economy or any other "orderly system" that this game allegedly runs on - it would only allow you to customize yourself a bit more to make yourself a lot more unique. I mean you already have the ability to customize your base designs, and your Clan Flags, and some other minor features, but taking this extra step would exceed the game's expectations and make it a lot more fun for everyone to enjoy it terms of personal style.
