TH7 in the 1700s-1800s

I'm a TH7 and in the trophy range of 1700-1800(goes up and down.) Anyways I'm only up here to upgrade my Burger King to lvl 5. Is it worth it? All my defenses but my air defenses and BK are maxed out. Thanks in advance

Please read again. I said everything but my BK and AD are maxed out. Sorry for any confusion

I don't think the barbarian king is that important, if you really want to max out your barb king then go for it. If you find good DE at that range, then it shouldn't be a problem for you because if you are raiding TH9 players, then they'll get less DE from you because of the loot penalty.

Do you guys think it's a little too high? if so, at would trophy range would you reccomend I farm at and still find 1000-2000 DE?

Agreed. 1,500 to 1,550 should be fine when collecting DE. Most of it can be stolen with a farming army if you're competent, and the occasional bit of lightning.

I got mine to level 5 pretty easily here. While he was upgrading i'd drop back to 1,250 to 1,350.

I am also a Town hall 7 too maxed out except for walls and barbarian king level 3. I think +1500 is where I would look. because a th7 cant penetrate a th9 so just drop 3 level 4 lightning spells on the storage only if its +1000 dark elixir. I stopped to max out my walls and got him to level 3 in 2 days

If you are there ONLY to upgrade your king I wouldn't bother. If everything else is maxed you are likely to have surplus gold & elixir to lose - which will be a thorn in your side trying to raise DE as TH8's will love to raid you.

King upgrades while handy, aren't a game changer by getting 1-2 more levels. And you suffer the extra regen time also.

If I have finished everything except DE jobs, I'll be getting the LV 8 hall.
