what to do when you run out of time?

Hey guys, I have been thinking about what to do with things like not having enough time to finish a raid in a clanwar. I wanted to start a poll about it. Do we not need anything like it and just have to raid in 3 minutes and that's it? should we also get a star for 75% so we can get a maximum of 4 stars? Should we get 5 minutes or even infinite time during a clanwar raid? should we get 3 minutes and get 1 more if we have taken down at least 90% of the base? or should it be something else?

You have 24 hours to prepare to attack in a Clan War, knowledge of the levels and placement of all buildings, a customizable army and spell reservoir specialized just for that village. But you STILL want more time. -_- smh

Strategy for wars is about study the enemy, make a plan, and get the job done in the time you alredy must have considered.

Probably goina get a lot of hate for this idea from the purists out there, but you have my support, i think you should get more time

ive had a bad start in raids and managed to pull it back and have lost out to the timer, and extra minute wouldnt hurt the game that much

Oh sorry, obviously this completely foils the attacker, this would mean you would have to train an entirely new army... or you could just change a few troops to suit the new base or another one for that matter. And also, I wish there was a 24 hour period after prepration day that the other team cant change their war bases. Oh wait.

I don't run out of time. I have accepted that healers are not a good option.

Yes, and more time allows for more strategy.

One strategy is to attack all at once, to minimise damage because defenses can only fire so quick.

Another to attack in waves, attack to draw cc troops, then take out distractions, then do something else, then send in the brute force troops, then send in clean up troops. This strategy fails becuase it takes too long.

No three minutes is long enough. If you can't three star it in that time then either you need a better strategy or don't waste so much time

If you run out of time on an attack, losing that valuable 2nd or 3rd star you need to gently put down your android or iOS device, walk over to a cupboard, wall, refigerator (anything with a large flat vertical surface) look head height a t chosen object and repeatedly ram your face into it until you have calmed down or knocked yourself unconscious, either would be acceptable in that situation.
