Do you know this TH9 base?

I am a 70% upgraded TH9 and looking for a base which is not to "entact". Usually players leave 20 (once a guy came with 27 giants) .. used all his heal spells and nearly took down my base.

Anyhow, I found this base on YouTube. Does anyone recognize this base? Need a clearer picture actually.
