They wouldn't have anyone to attack. Their fight list is quite limited up there.
if all top 50 players are in the same clan, #51 is in luck to earn gems for the bi-week competition. They need to be separated for a good chance to earn gems and not just #1 to #10 of #1 to #50. Hope this make sense.
