Why????????
NOO!! This is against farmers
Because farming is too easy.
Don't get rid of it, just make it a little harder.
Also, put more loot in the town hall. Why does a fortress contain no more loot than a house???
Never. This gets rid of a way to play the game. The game is prett ymuch either bases appon farming or pushing. Taking away an option is quite criminal. Especially when it's been a tactic for so long. It ruins pushing AND farming. Because every pusher likes that easy profitable th snipe :smirk:
Here is a (ranting) summary of the game...

In short, cutting into the Shield like that, right now, is the wrong thing to do. There are hardly any alternatives for players, and your attempt to help actually reduces what few options there are.
Not saying you are dumb, just not aware of how things are connected, yet. You just don't have enough info to work with. Heck, I still feel like I'm lacking info to help suggest a solid fix for this kind of issue, and I've been at it here with 16-18 posts a day (average) since I've been here, with 90-95% of my posts done here in this subforum. And not just making posts, but reading up on what's going on here and wondering why things are the way they are.
You aren't the only one suggesting some simple fix to block an unwanted action, but if it were that easy, it wouldn't still be in the game, plaguing us today.
Odds are your first dozen or so suggtions are something someone else came up with already (and likely many times before). Those are the easiest and quickest to come to mind. There is two large lists of the most common in the Read Before Posting rules thread, which... you should actually read. :p No, you aren't (likely) stupid for ignoring it. Many have, and new people pay as much attention to it as to the EULA when installing software. People just tend to skip it for one reason or another.
Give things a look, research a bit, ask questions, and then you'll know not to post stuff that isn't overly brought up and figured out before. There is a lot of stuff here, and I don't expect you to dive in and somehow read it all. Heck, all you have to do is lurk for a few weeks, and you'll get a good idea of how things work, since stuff repeats... and repeats... and Gah
Don't be in too much of a hurry to get an idea posted. You have time, there really is no deadlines here.
... anyway, I hope that helps. And sorry about the idea being shot down. Just as long as you aren't shot down. :p
This idea is horrible and I don't know why anybody would say this.
