Yes but people just drop once they receive it and bully THs below them, well not as much due to the 20% penalty

You forgot about the "Legendary" League.
I am pushing up in Crystal I want to try and reach as high as I can but it sucks I am going along trying my hardest to go up and yes I am snipeing the town halls at less the 10 trophy's per attack . Climb up 100 tropes 10 - 15 attacks run out of time and get forced to take a break . Get attacked by a guy I have no chance in hell of doing revenge on who takes 25-50 trophy's and then have to spend hours and hours climbing back up. This ideal great. It might even fix the revenge option on defences. How a bout instead of a loot bonus if you a high level guy and down in low league you get a loot deduction that gets returned to the lower guys you attack. 25% less loot for every league you are lower then your Max trophy count. Add a MVP award for winning the most attacks in your clan during league play per season and you got a winner.
It seems that owner of this idea has not reached to higher leagues. I'm at legendary league and aveage time to find an opponent is roughly an hour and that's the main reason why many user not pushing up trophy. More loot is not incentive for people at higher league, shortened search time is the only sollution
