This is a good idea. Level shouldnt have to do with perks... Only leagues. The amount presented appears fair but still won't be enough to improve the economy as it was.

Yeah, I like it. The leagues are just so pointless, what do I care about a loot bonus when its common to make 250'000 & 2000 per raid in silver 1.
The finding a match would be offset by a higher saturation of players there.
And by tempting more players in there you have more players spending. They won't spend as much, but more will be doing so therefore not hurting the bottom line.
Sell 10 items at $20
Sell 20 items at $15
The 20 sales makes more profit.
Numbers can be tweaked, but at the same time they need to be great enough to draw high level farmers to high leagues. Rather than them hanging low and Poisoning the low leagues. Which is driving casual and underdeveloped clashers to the brink of quitting; if they haven't already.
Boosting increases speeds by 400%. A small 25% increase wont hurt sales. Especially since boost plus bonus would be 500%.
These will add another dimension to the flat loot bonus league perk system!
If it can integrate with clan wars, will be much better!
