Town Hall Perks For Every Level

i think it would be nice if we can unlock perks as we upgrade our town hall.

for example:

Town Hall Level	Tombstone	Dark Tombstone	Obstacles spawn rate
1	N/A	N/A	8 hours
2	20 elixir	N/A	8 hours
3	25 elixir	N/A	8 hours
4	30 elixir	N/A	8 hours
5	35 elixir	N/A	7.5 hours
6	40 elixir	N/A	7.5 hours
7	45 elixir	1	7 hours
8	50 elixir	2	7 hours
9	55 elixir	3	6.5 hours
10	60 elixir	4	6 hours

Wow, I'm a big fan of this idea.
Tombstone rewards seem way too small in loot making them kind of useless..
The concept is great! Maybe SC will follow this route of adding more perks to the game like they did with clans.

I understand that this wasn't directed towards me, but I'd like to interject my thoughts.
I think the beauty of the idea is that it's just enough to please current TH8, TH9, TH10 players, yet subtle enough to gather no significant attention from lower TH players.
